PWI Award Night
The annual Permanent Way Institution NSW Awards Night took place on 12th February at the Ivy Ballroom in Sydney. As Gold Members/Sponsors of the PWI, Quickway were represented by Shaun Bouma, Project Engineer, Sione Tuitakau, Rail Operations Manager, Ian Wright, Senior Project Manager, and (missing from the photo) Peter Wilkinson, Director.
Quickway staff were nominated for Welder of the Year Award but unfortunately missed out on the win on this occasion, while Jason Walmsley, our National Business Development Manager, acted as a judge on the panel for the Steve Maxwell Platelaying Awards in both Minor Works and Major Works categories.
