This is a 12-week to 2 or 3 year programme. Graduates are exposed to all elements of operational civil construction and mentored and trained throughout in the fields of quality assurance, estimation, financial management, health and safety, environmental awareness, cultural awareness, and project management. This is an invaluable opportunity to work across a number of disciplines. The goal is to develop skilled and competent professionals to grow with our company.
This programme offers Undergraduates the chance to gain hands-on practical experience whilst studying. The working arrangement is flexible and ensures that studies remain the priority. Whilst undertaking this programme, the undergraduate will build industry knowledge crucial support from supervisors and peers. It combines formal training with the practical experience of frontline delivery of a project. The placement also gives the Undergraduates the knowledge and skills to produce a report of their practical experience, which gets submitted as part of their Degree.

Our Graduate and Undergraduate programmes gives the next generation of engineers the opportunity to develop and grow, whilst working for a leading transport and utilities infrastructure company.

These programmes run for a minimum of 12 weeks and upwards, and offer a variety of practical and theoretical training under the guidance of our experienced mentors. The programmes are designed to maximise learning in a supportive and dynamic learning environment.
