CCF NSW Earth Awards
On Friday 22nd November, our project delivery team from the Coffs Harbour Bypass – Northern Utilities Relocation project was at the Civil Contractors Federation (CCF) Australian Infrastructure Summit and National Earth Awards, which was held at the QT Hotel in Canberra. Owing to our win of the CCF New South Wales Earth Awards in June for project value $75M – $150M, our entry represented New South Wales in the same category in the CCF National Earth Awards.
Our submission was assessed against some stiff competition in the form of very impressive entries from Victoria (Pound Road West/Frankston-Dandenong Road Upgrade), Western Australia (Ocean Reef Marina Breakwaters), and Tasmania (Midland Highway Upgrade). Unfortunately, Quickway were unsuccessful in taking the National Award on this occasion. We would like to congratulate our industry peers from the other states on their achievement as finalists, and a particular word of congratulations to Seymour White on their win for the Victorian entry as well as the winners in the other various categories.
