Darkness into Light Sydney 2023
Well done to our team who endured the early start and cold temperatures to participate in this year’s Darkness into Light Sydney walk, which took place at dawn on Saturday 6th May at Bondi Beach in Sydney’s east. Over 150,000 people participate in the walk globally, and Quickway are proud to be a key sponsor in this year’s Sydney event.
Darkness into Light began in 2009 as a single 5km walk to raise funds for the Irish-based suicide-prevention organisation Pieta. Since then, walks have been established and take place annually in many countries across 5 continents. Funds from the Sydney event are split between Pieta and Australian-based youth health organisation headspace.
