Quickway HSEQ Day
October marks National Safe Work Month and we used the opportunity to host our annual Health and Safety Day on Friday 17th October. This year, and for the first time, we encompassed Environmental and Quality parts of the business into the event, making it a HSEQ Day.
The theme of the event was to outline and to remind our staff what we do as a business in the areas of health and safety, environmental, and quality and, importantly, why we do it – as well as to outline where we are moving towards as a business through promoting increased collaboration between all stakeholders within the business in providing for successful project outcomes.
Our speakers on the day included our HSEQ Manager, Stephen Scotney, our Environmental Manager, Tom St. Vincent Welch, our Quality Manager, David Zanetic, and our Safety Manager, Jeffrey Bowers. The event was concluded by our Director, Peter Wilkinson. We would like to thank our team of speakers on the day for their very informative and insightful presentations which were well received by those in attendance.
